Punkt przedszkolny w Roztoce powstał w 2012 r. Znajduje się na parterze świetlicy wiejskiej w Roztoce.
Organem prowadzącym jest Fundacja Dobrego Startu z siedzibą w Borowie.
Do punktu przedszkolnego uczęszcza 42 dzieci, w wieku 2,5 – 5 lat. Placówka ma dwa oddziały w których pracuje nauczyciel i pomoc nauczyciela.
Punkt przedszkolny jest czynny od godziny 7:00 do 15:00, a pobyt w placówce jest bezpłatny.
Punkt przedszkolny działa w oparciu o rozporządzenie Ministra Edukacji Narodowej z dnia 31 sierpnia 2010 r. w sprawie rodzajów innych form wychowania przedszkolnego, warunków tworzenia i organizowania tych form oraz sposobu ich działania, art.82 ust.2 ustawy z dnia 7 września 1991 r. o systemie oświaty oraz Projekt Organizacji Wychowania Przedszkolnego Punktu Przedszkolnego w Roztoce.
